Our work goes beyond "doing for our clients": we do it with them, train them and support them in transforming their own product & software teams. We've designed structured training programmes of around twenty modules, delivered over two half-days per month across a year — for both tech and non-tech profiles.

In the AI era, the classic T-Shape profile is losing relevance. We value excellence and continuous improvement over fixed technical expertise. Pure expertise is becoming obsolete (AI is already more up-to-date than human experts) and impossible to maintain at today's pace. We want "Multi-Angle" profiles — curious and adaptable.
Your day-to-day will combine agile delivery and knowledge transfer:
Think business value and product. You know a POC shouldn't suffer from costly over-engineering, but you categorically refuse to scale a fragile POC. You ensure the transition to robust, scalable, GDPR-compliant and sustainable systems.
AI generates the code, but you're the one behind the wheel. You master Carpaccio slicing, DDD, Continuous Delivery and Clean Architecture. Going all-in without these fundamentals would be reckless.
Technical debt doesn't scare you. Backed by AI, you know how to tackle, refactor and modernise existing systems.
You enjoy evangelising, running workshops and upskilling our clients' teams — tech and non-tech alike — through our training programmes.
Agentic AI is energy-intensive. You follow the progress of microelectronics and computing power with genuine fascination. You seek the right balance between disruption and efficiency.
We prioritise a positive mindset and the capacity for continuous learning over a fixed tech stack.
You have a successful first experience in software development. You have the hindsight to recognise your own past mistakes and know what not to repeat.
Tools like Claude Code (or equivalent) are already part of your dev routine. You've moved beyond simple prompt copy-paste: you use them with solid architecture instincts and good judgment.
You're not viscerally afraid of seeing your profession change radically. On the contrary, you can't wait to co-write its next version.
